The research group "Posthuman, More-than-Human and Non-Human" of Die Junge Akademie at the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities and the National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina presents artistic and scientific projects. They were developed as site-specific interventions in and responses to the collections, spaces and history of the Berlin Museum of Medical History at the Charité. The works speculate – from artistic, scientific, or both perspectives – on what it means to conceive of the world and reality beyond a humanist and anthropocentric (from Greek anthropos, human) view.

The audio guide, which you can access using your smartphone, and the newspaper available in the exhibition offer insights into the ideas and stories behind the works.
